Before entering real estate, Wayne served as a Marketing/Management Executive at Paramax Corp. (Unisys) from 1973 to 1993, concurrently managing a portfolio of real estate investment properties.

Wayne's dedication to the real estate profession is evident through his longstanding membership in esteemed associations such as the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtors Association, Western Wisconsin Board of Realtors, and Northern Waters Board of Realtors. His distinguished achievements, including recognition in Coldwell Banker's International Presidents Circle Elite and the Multi-Million Dollar Club, underscore his commitment to excellence.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Wayne has been deeply involved in community initiatives, holding roles such as President of the Hudson Booster Club, Board of Directors of the Hudson Booster Club, and Chairmanship of the Hudson Homecoming Committee. His extensive community service includes coaching youth sports in football, baseball, and basketball and serving as a WIAA High School Basketball Referee for 17 years.

Wayne and his wife Rhonda currently reside in Hudson, savoring the tranquility of their cabin in northwestern Wisconsin on the Minong Flowage. Family remains at the heart of Wayne's life, with two sons, Brian and Mark, and six grandchildren. Together with Rhonda, they relish annual winter escapes to Arizona, indulging in the Milwaukee Brewers' spring training and moments of well-deserved relaxation.
